I am currently studying for my CPC certification exam and these videos are LIFE SAVERS when it comes to the anatomy and physiology portion. It is also very crucial for me to know this in general for coding, so thank you so much for making these amazing videos and for not being like crash course history and adding junk in that we don't need. Again, thanks so much!

You should do a questionnaire section after each video, it would be helpful to test oneself. Anyways thank so much for all the content you put. Very helpful to understand.

@@ProfessorDaveExplains You do have a mistake: For the ureters, you called it "traditional" epithelium, but it is really "transitional" epithelium. It is more than a mis-pronunciation, because it shows up in the Closed Captioning (CC) too.

@@mambwehabbakuku8216 I think his speed is perfect. These videos often require some backround knowledge from a lecture or book, to fully grasp it. I love these videos. They are also detailed enough for AP, IB, A-levels and other curriculums.

I've always found it very odd that the "Adrenal Gland" is part of the Kidney. It has to have some kind of significance we just don't understand yet.
@ProfessorDaveExplains
@ProfessorDaveExplains 2 жыл бұрын
It's not part of the kidney, it sits on top of the kidney, and its significance is extremely well understood.
@nonsuch
@nonsuch 2 жыл бұрын
@@ProfessorDaveExplains I understand we know it's significance extremely well, that's not my point. My point is, it's often shown with the kidney, like you did. However, why even show it? It has a very peculiar placement in the body and we can't justify it.
@ProfessorDaveExplains
@ProfessorDaveExplains 2 жыл бұрын
Because that's where it is located. I don't know what you mean by "justifying" it, you could say that about the location of any internal organ.
@Islamak13
@Islamak13 17 сағат бұрын
Just think about terminological name of it; ad: above renal: kidney As you watched in the video, they both covered by the same membrane outside, so normally they show it with the kidney.
