This was actually a French book originally. Published through Hachette ..available through Amazon France and Amazon Canada..

Crafty Crafter I lied. I saw it on Etsy a while back but its no longer there that I can find. Aliexpress still has it otherwise you will have to contact Merrybunny on facebook and order it through their facebook store.
