It has been terribly slow around city of Los Angeles, I am 20 minutes away from Los Angeles and i can not figure why it is slow?? I have looked at my competitors calendars and they are also unbooked as mine. Anyone knows why?? Is it the vax certification requirements in the city of LA lowering the bookings?

I just acquired an apartment in hermosa beach ca. The city only allows vacation rentals 30 days or more. Should I go for it?
