Agreed. Great front office hire by Tigers. The Tigers were not about grinding out at bats, driving up pitch counts, putting the ball in play. They were a team of guess hitters. Scott Harris is changing all that. The pitching staff and depth is very good with more coming and Harris is upgrading the fitness and mechanics aspects .

Tigers have a very underrated system rn. Scott has plenty to work with, 3 top 100 prospects in Jobe, Jung and Flores! Add in colt Keith too, to the top 100 probably next year coz of his injury

@@noah.conley Your reaching. We have a middle of the road farm system. If the farm system was doing so well there would be no reason to fire the general manager. If the farm system was so healthy there would have been bats that could be brought up when this lineup showed an inability to score runs literally all season. Do you know who they brought up? Cody Clemmons. That was their only answer from the farm system when we couldn't score runs. If the farm system was underrated there would be better bats than Cody Clements available. If it weren't for those three in the top 100 we would have one of the worst farm systems. Why are my fellow Detroit sports fans so delusional?

Stop being a Detroit sports fan and accepting below average garbage. The Lions have won one playoff game in 70 years of the Ford's ownership. Chris ilitch refuses to spend a dollar of the multi-billion dollar fortune that his daddy left him. Spend a little money get yourself NFL Sunday ticket and MLB extra innings. I haven't watched the Lions game in 4 years I get every single NFL game I can literally pick any game and watch it. I'm a die-hard Mets fan the owner actually spends money and actively tries to win championships. I watch the Mets every night it made my summer fly by Keith Hernandez calling every game with Ron Darling I've watched the 30 for 30 on the Mets called once upon a time in Queens I just decided to follow teams that try to win and have fan bases that actually have standards unlike us who accept nothing but dog shit. every year from every team. Get creative step out of your comfort zone and spend a little money you don't have to wait wait wait wait for these teams around here to finally decide that they're serious about winning.

I have to admit I thought Illitch was going with the interim guy they have. But with this new guy, fans will demand Dave Dombrowski II as in lots of aging free agents that will give them a winning record for two years and then it's contract time again. Horton, Parrish, Trammell and Leyland need to be swept out along with even Gibson . Few people are around who remember them anyway and they've proven to be not very good at their jobs. Harris's job is going to be huge building from the ground up. The Tigers haven't been able to scout talent in a long long time. To make things even harder there really isn't a guy on the team who has any talent and a new face isn't going to make them any better. So it's rebuild time again and it could take quite awhile if it's done the right way.
