This weekend we continue our series The War Is Over, where we celebrate the songs from Battledrums' debut album and learn how they apply to us as we live in victory over sin. Everyone has experienced pain and suffering to some degree. King David referred to such adversity as walking down into a valley. Thank you LORD for the message through Pastor Skip. "Goodness and Mercy" has always been on the scenes of my "Valleys!" All Praises to The Father. I ask for strength not just for me, but to be able to uplift someone else through their "Valley." People can be mean. You're fake and other choice words when you exude JOY. My life is not perfect. I just love the life given to me. I'm prepared for whatever comes if I stay grounded in God's word . If an unbeliever sees that, they will want to know more about what you're operating from without one "preach!"

Thank you for a great sermon on the Valley of the death. He does bring us through the Valley. My 40 year old son was killed in an auto accident and I was in the valley of death, now after 9 years I am out and know I will see him as I walk through the pearly gates. Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough ways shall be made smooth; And all flesh shall see the salvation of God. A straight path will lead you over hill and dale, through valleys, and even sometimes off of a cliff. Trust the Lord, the straight path may look difficult, side paths may look more pleasant, but they are deceptive. Keep your eyes on the prize, straight ahead...
