There's an official manga about this song called The Vampire (I know, very original) and in the manga the girl is a social media influencer and she is a vampire (or at least thinks she is, I haven't finished it) and let me tell you, the plot is crazy. She got a hateful comment one day so she decided to stalk the guy, and then when she actually met the guy, she fell in love at first sight and from there, she wanted to suck his blood because she thought he was her destined lover.

Theory: This isn’t actually about vampires but about a depressed sadistic masochist. The “sucking blood” a metaphor is her draining people’s happiness for her own pleasure. The “eating people” is also a metaphor for her breaking people down, whenever she feels sad or just wants to cause chaos for fun. She falls in love a boy and thinks about how “the boy could help her stop being a sadistic masochist”. She tries to reject those feelings but fails.
