Nah, vaporeon is like the minimally manageable, but really far from the optimal. There are pokemon much closer to humans, by shape, mind and stats. Like even Magmortar or Bisharp have way higher compatibility with humans. Why even bother about a random smelly cat, when there are pokemon who are literally people?
