I remember in the early days when news was just starting to come out about the 'Rona, I was working at a Home Depot. Over about a 1 week period a couple Chinese people had come and bought out literally all of our face masks. At the time I assumed they were sending them back to family, I had no idea there was such an organized export of safety equipment.

The lack of law enforcement for "minor" crimes never really ended in a lot of parts of the US. It's why major businesses are leaving places like San Francisco in droves. Because due to a combination of idiotic ideology-driven police defunding and unrepealed orders from during the pandemic to ignore smaller crimes, things like shoplifting, mugging and carhopping (where you go through parking lots looking for unlocked cars and steal everything that isn't nailed down) have practically turned into competitive team sports.

Oh, we weren't understaffed in the US for doctors and such. We actually had too much going by the fact I lived in Hawaii, the one with the lowest amount of cases till Biden and Kamala said "Fire the two people keeping the cases low" which was stated on the radio where I heard it it kept saying "Because cases went up by... 5 instead of 1 each day, then fire them from the Health Department" only for the cases in the next week to go up to 1,000+ and kept going up. Sarah Park. Then you have the stuff like nurses and doctors doing Tik Toks as if they didn't have anything else to do. Which they didn't because people didn't go to those emergency sections for Corona because they didn't TRUST medical officials. Such as Black people... Wonder why... *looks at the Tuskegee Expeirments*. Fuck, I remember when our hospitals were just saying people who died during car crashes died cause of Corona just for the money they would get from the goverment. I can say this because my cousin worked at our main hospital while my uncle and aunt also had that be what they were killed by. Even dumber with people wanting to ignore that not all the states kept up the mandates which ended up being the places where the cases went down. Then you had people bitching at people with or without mask while most people just wanted to get on with their day. Oh, also had the goverment lie how far we were supposed to be from each other, big retailers could stay open even though they were full to capacity while ma and pa shops got locked down and destroyed them. Even dumber because of said crimes were made legal so bigger stores shut down and people didn't see a problem with this.
