I have a lot of vegan friends. Most of them are mature enough to have a discussion about veganism. So yeah I'm not vegan myself and I used to have plenty discussions about what's considered "right" and what "wrong". and here are some relevant arguments that we had: - if humans are equal to animals we would be considered predators since our eyes are not on the sides of our heads but in the front. (examples: cat vs rabbit) basically that would mean that we are hunters. so we "naturally" would eat meat - large-scale animal husbandry and animal abuse (make them suffer) is definitely not a good thing. one vegan friend also said that if we would live like way back in the days where humans hunt for their own meat then she would not have anything against it. but in our advanced society it's not really possible. not only could the animal carry deceases, the wrong way to hunt down the animal and to kill it could make it suffer way more than through a professional butcher even though I'm not saying that the current "method" is ideal. Also we would waste a lot from that hunted animal if we are not all trained in that. so basically my opinion: we need better solutions and here is the only true thing that I can fully handle as a pro veganism argument: - even though we would biologically be predators we as humans are advanced enough to find other options. we know what nutrients we would find in meat and what we could consume instead of meat to not suffer insufficiency. also we have developed supplements. (not really confirmed if there aren't any side effects and the best option for our body since I know many med people that also don't suggest going fully vegan) so technically we all COULD go vegan but this doesn't really give anyone the right to force another person to do so. since it still remains unnatural. If people decide that they want to go vegan. great. we live in a society where it's possible. but it should be everyone's choice to do so. we shouldn't support animal abuse that's for sure. and we aren't living in a perfect society. so yeah we need to change something. we need to improve. but not by forcing others. try to communicate properly EDIT: some commented that this comment ducked up their brains. if that's because of my wording then I'm very sorry. English is my third language and sadly not that good :C

The persons of study would put plants in a room, with only one person being the one to displace the plants soil, put fire near it and pulling off its leaves. This new level of obvious lament from the Aloe continued on for a lengthy period of time, and yes, he did feel very bad for it. Plants indeed feel pain, we just can’t hear it (obviously). In other words, the Vegan Teacher is wrong about, “Plants don’t feel pain.”
