I have exactly 4 Spydercos, a Shaman, Mcbee, Swayback, and some ugly edura or delica or something wirh H2 steel. After I replaced the Swayback clip with a milled one it has quickly become not only my favorite Spyderco but one of my favorite knives in recent years.

Favorite is the Spyderco Sage 5 Carbon Compression. Size is right, blade shape is just right and the steel holds an edge. I put a mirror edge on it and all I ever have to do is strop it. Thanks for making your videos fun. 🔪🎸

Shaman, Lil' Native, Manix, Smock, Para 3 and Canis are probably my favorites. I just got a Domino but sent it in to Spyderco, I tried to take the clip off and the screw sheared off inside of the scale, so I haven't had a chance to actual carry it.

I collect PM2s in interesting steels, and customize them with clips, hardware, and scales. I have the CruCarta, Maxamet, M4, K390, S90V, 15V, the Tanto in S30V, and the Wharncliffe in XHP. I have titanium scales on a few of them, brass on one, carbon fiber... I love them all. But if I had to choose only one to keep, it would be the Cruwear/Micarta. That knife is utterly perfect.

Most regular folk end up moving on past their ‘BIG KNIFE’ phase. I have. But it was fun while it lasted.😂 Now I look to knives that I can carry easily, comfortably, with good quality steel, a mid-sized very slicey blade (preferably hollow ground), and with easy thumb stud and reverse flick opening options. We all need to find our own sweet spot. And that’s where the long term knife collection begins.😉

@@mediicice5862 man, honestly if you want thinner blade stock and more slicey id go bodacious. If you want a thicker heavy duty but still decently slicey knife with perfect ergos I'd go with the shaman 💪

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I don't have very many Spyderco knives, my latest one is the Paramilitary 2 in S45vn, I have the Manix 2XL in CRUWEAR. My oldest is the Kiwi in VG10 made in Japan and the Zulu, first knife I owned in S30V. Also own a couple cheaper ones in 8cr13mov liner lock. I used think "what freek would like the Spyderco" and I avoided it like the plague. But then I though I should at least try one and bought the Paramilitary 2 and found I liked it. Not the back lock but I like the thinness, the blade shape, the handle and grip positions and weight. Plus the ease of blade deployment. Fits well in the pocket. Then I bought a purple Manix and loved it for all the same reasons. Now my top favorites in my small collection.

Out of the ones I own in no particular order and off the top of my head I’d go with the para-2 in elmax carbon fiber handles the gayle Bradley in M-4 carbon fiber handles the Domino in CTS-XHP carbon fiber handles my Manix 2 blacked out g-10 handles 154cm steel and finally the Spydie Chef in LC200n steel titanium handles there all fantastic spyderco knife designs u can’t go wrong with.

Stretch 2 (K390) Kapara (S30V) SpydieChef (LC200) Sage 2 (aka SpydieSebenza) (S30V) Dragonfly 2 Wharncliffe (K390) Have others, don't really need more (unless we see a Kapara Salt in MagnaCut. The Seka K390 models are pinnacle working knives. Taichung is offers the refined designs (in sometimes too chippy steels). Lots of Golden knifes are great in theory, but would benefit from thinner blade stock and contoured scales.

I like the native 5. I personally care the knife center exclusive with Cruwear and smooth black g10, satin blade. Frankie, my wife also likes the storm trooper colors. She has a native 5 from go knives with rex 45 black blade and white frn handle.

The Spyderco Swayback is being discontinued and is selling for $199 Titanium scales along with a hollow grind. It's a different Spyderco, but well worth it imo? No Spydie Flick buyer be aware

I have and carry every week the pm2 lefty. I use the endura 4 foliage Frn half serrated. I have many others and love them, but not every day. I used to carry the one that opens while pulling out of the pocket. The native chief orange in g10 is never taken out of the box. Too big.
