Older generations (my companions in this incredible life journey) know this very well, but the younger ones still need to learn: even if they will, they could never take from you what you hold dear. So, grim as it can sometimes seem, the future is actually bright. Edward (along with Toby & Salty) is one of the characters that I love most, that describes me. So I don't care about this recent invalids with fake wheels released by both Tomy & Fisher Price (even Chinese counterfeit is better!). I have my Edward; I have Edward as he should be. And Henry too. Henry with the (talking) dark blue coach rules! What a beautiful train! And 2005 Talking Edward! Oh, my! Thoroughful and beautiful video, again, Muddy. Salute! 😍😘🥰🤩

At first when I got the Henry from Amazon i realized that it had the wrong siderods, it was the china version but I more prefer to call it a factory error because of the siderods

Fortunately, Edward’s real life basis the k2 class furness railways tender engine was sadly scrapped but Henry was a lms black 5 tender engine and Henry is still in service, but for Edward, not anymore

You know it's weird how the talking Trackmaster Edward is styled similarly to the hit toys version, unpainted stripes and handrails but with window stickers, It's kinda odd but cool.

Awesome! For Edward, I use to own his hit toys model, until it broke. So now I own his old style Plarail model with the C battery. As for Henry, I own his Trackmaster talking model and his 2018 Plarail model, which I made a video on it last year. Can’t wait to see your next complete engine collection video.

For me, the first painted face Edward looks the most accurated to the show. I loved that so I switch the body of second tomy release instead. It looks so much better than the actual face. I have both japanese talking car and coach for Edward and Henry. They're amazing. I'm so sad they removed them out from the main cast.😓 My favourite in personality is Edward. I would love to see him in the show so much. But for now, he is just a side character which appear with no line.

I own a 1993 tomy henry, when I checked him out, he was a de in japan and has brass battery terminals, so is he a somewhat rare varient

I don't know if you noticed or not, but most engines from the tomica release starting from 1992, (the painted faces like Thomas) had gold brass terminals instead of the silver ones we got today
