As a mobile user, can I just say how amazing it is that this 8 hour video has virtually no ads? What a legend
@NEScRETRO10 ай бұрын
I make sure my videos only have ads at either the beginning or the end, NEVER in the middle! Though I now have KZbin premium, I know what it's like listening to a video while gaming, only for an ad to start playing, and having to skip it while in the middle of gameplay. There's a very specific moment from about 10 years ago or so, long before I was a KZbinr, I was playing Destiny and in the middle of a raid, listening to a video, and I swear, ads kept popping up every couple minutes, and I couldn't skip them because I was in the middle of something, and I remember thinking to myself, "if I ever make KZbin videos, I'll never have ads in the middle, this is really annoying" lol.
@loneskankster224210 ай бұрын
@@NEScRETRO I really appreciate that. I've been listening to a lot of long form content as of late, and I get how hard that is to make. But having to skip an ad every 20 minuets can get old. I was an hour into this before i realized I never had to skip once. You've done a great job with the video, it flows nicely and I'm never feeling bored, and I'm in hour 4. Just felt like I had to appreciate the well timed ad breaks. Thank you for your work!

I'm not exaggerating when I say I've been putting all of your videos on repeat when it comes to work or sleep almost every day since the first Mario 64 Iceberg video. Your voice is very easy to listen to, and your videos are so great and straight to the point.The kind of creator that can make you sit down for hours and hear all about something, even if you've either never heard of nor have been interested in the thing before. It's a reminder that no matter how corporate KZbin is, or more big names being revealed to be scummy, there will always be videos like these. This is the good side of KZbin that can never die out -- just good, genuine, passionate people having a nice long talk sharing their favorite things.

That really means a lot to hear, thank you so much! I'm always worried my voice is super nasaly and hard to listen to lol. Not to mention I was sick during a portion of recording this video lol. 4:55:24 The Raichu evolution isn't a reference to Gorochu, but rather an oversight due to how the international Pokémon Red and Blue were developed. In Japan, the initial generation 1 games were Red and Green, which had even more glitches and a lot of off-model sprites (as the sprites were made before the model sheets were finalized). Pokémon Blue was later released, which updated the sprites and fixed a lot of the glitches, and mixed around the version exclusives. For the international release, Japanese Blue was used as a base for both Red and Blue versions. International Red is Japanese Blue modified to have Japanese Red's version exclusives, while International Blue is Japanese Blue modified to have Green's version exclusives. As if this wasn't already confusing enough, the old man originally requests a Raichu in Pokémon Green, and a Kadabra in Japanese Blue. His dialogue makes sense in Japanese Blue, since Kadabra evolves into Alakazam when traded, but the localizers forgot to alter the line for International Blue. I hope this made sense.

23:13 from all the stuff that I studied online, the minus world for the famicom disc system and all minus world stuff is really just supposed to be world 9. the reason it says world -1 is because Nintendo never added the 9 sprite when making the game, and world 9 was ment to be a extra world after world 8, but its easier to get rid of a single sprite than to get rid of a list of levels in a world, so they put the world in the files, ment to never be played, and deleted the 9 sprite, and when you enter the pipe without actually loading the warp zone, the game doesn't know what world to load in, so it loads in 9-1, but since there is no nine sprite, it becomes -1

One cool thing is that the quest you mentioned from Bloodborne is referenced in Honkai Star Rail. A girl speaks you through a window wondering where her sister is and mentioning she's always with a bell. This spawns the area's Warp Trotter [which looks like a pig] and, when you defeat it, it drops the bell. You can bring the bell back to the girl and she realizes her sister must be dead, so she starts crying. If you try to talk to her again, it's implied she's now dead and left a music box there. You can then go back to when you fought the Warp Trotter and find the sister, who is looking for the girl who "ran away". You can give her the music box, which confirms she truly was dead and lets her spirit go free to join her sister in the afterlife.

The reality of AI creating KZbin videos is just about the norm now, and I feel it takes a lot of personality out of the videos. Obviously, that goes without saying, but it's just becoming more widespread now, and this is really just the beginning. Soon, they'll probably be able to even edit the videos themselves.

Something about the Michael Jackson composing Sonic 3's music that confirms it is that Yuji Naka made a tweet on his official account nonchalantly saying something in the lines of "Why did the team working on Sonic Origins didn't use the music composed by Michael Jackson on their new release?" In reference to the music in Sonic 3 changing for that release of the game, and implying the original was made by Michael

Guys i 100% found a way to play as a fortnite loot llama in smash ultimate, and its super easy! all you have to do is defeat master hand while playing as master hand 444, 444, 1 5 1 times then the loot llama will challenge you. it has the ability to teleport via rift, it can launch loot at you by barfing it up, getting hit by the loot will damage you, and it can scream in your face, stunning you and breaking your ears. its ultimate is the ability to explode into a big pile of loot being launched in a circle around the llama damaging everyone instantly, then the llama will reform by confetti swirling around the spot it exploded at. if you defeat the loot llama, it will get added to your roster. if you lose then you have to fight master hand as master hand 444, 444, 1 5 1 times again.

A thought about the L is real 2401 plaque that I don't think I have seen anyone mention before (but maybe they have). Looking closely at the texture, what is supposedly a 2 looks a lot more like the Japanese "コ". Furthermore the "401" looks like it might be "イン", although I am a lot less confident on that part. Put that together and you have コイン which is Japanese for "coin", which could make at least some sense in the context of Mario. I have no idea what the rest of the plaque would say in that case, but to me the "コ" looks really convincing. Also, I don't know why people usually assume the text would be in English when it is a Japanese game. I hope some day the original texture is found so we can finally know for sure.
@marikiri51197 ай бұрын
Oh god. I'm so relieved to hear that I'm not the only one thinking about it. I totally agree with コ, and as far as I'm concerned "L is" looks a lot like 上は. In context of a sentence, that might mean something about the top. However, if we're talking about 2401, Japanese grammar expects a verb at the end of a sentence. コイン being there seems very weird. I might try looking into the mystery again with this approach. I don't know Japanese, but i invested enough of time in Japanese culture to recognise at least the simplest kanji and kana
