I've responded to many sinkholes in the Villages, Fl. and many of them are caused by removing the natural water from the ponds and filling those holes with fill dirt and then putting roads andor homes on top of that. Over 30,000 yards of grout have been pumped under the Villages Hospital due to their "sink holes."

Is there a map for tracking those? The maps I've seen provided by the state (I think) seem to only point to major sinkholes and a portion of those were from leaking pipes. Actually a map of only the natural sinkholes would be cool.

@kjisnot Map of Villages Sinkholes?? Seriously!? The Villages and KZbin don't allow such truths. I've been banned or blocked from many YT Villages channels. I'm actually very surprised that my comments are "allowed" on this particular YT Villages channel, but maybe I'll now be banned for bringing all this to light here, lol. Oh well.

@PapaPineapples Actually, you're supposed to block 🚫 me from ever making such truthful comments or any other comments concerning such things on your channel. That's what every other Villages YT Channel does to me. It's okay if you ban me, I understand, because we're all ignorant in our own ways, especially me. Okay, if you don't Blick me, then I'll make another comment concerning the dark side of the Villages,lol. It concerns the early days of the Villages, when they used millions in tax dollars from other towns and counties to fund their emergency services and road maintenance, etc. How do I know?? I was with Lakw County Fire Rescue back then, and we responded to hundreds of medical calls in the villages every few months.

I've been wondering if future plans are for 55+ or if there will instead be a change to regular suburban development other than Middleton. Is there still a demand for that much retirement housing?

I think Middleton will be the only family area. The rest of it will be 55+ all the way down to Center Hill, and beyond

Thanks. I found the north statement confusing since you pointed out Dabney and I know exactly where Dabney is in relation to the existing Villages.
