We came upon that car accident shortly after the emergency response got there. That section of El Camino Real was shut down. We had to cut through Savannah to turn right on El Camino. I was really wondering if the driver suffered a medical event. Sheared the palm tree off a few feet from the base and was overturned next to it. Looked really bad. 😢 I hope the driver will be OK. And yes, Patel is even more common than Smith in the US, in India.
