It seems like Lake and Marion Counties aren't shy about higher bonds for illegals with no license. When I hear the reports from Sumter County it seems like they are usually only $100. My suspicious mind wonders how many of them do construction work in TV and Sumter is just trying to go easy on them to keep the developer happy.
