I’m fairly new to putting my cross stitch on finishing objects. So far I love the things that I’ve made, it’s mostly awkward for me on choosing exactly how I want to finish it as and then a lot of uncertainty during the actual process of putting it together. It is very fun though and for sure it will get easier (and more time efficient 😂) with more experience. Getting started and just trying is the biggest hurdle. 💕

Hey Arttie Your tutorials are spot on! The angle is great and with the exception of seeing your sweet face, you can almost picture being right there with you! I see I was wrapping my pieces wrong…I should have been doing it wrapping paper style like you. That gives a sharper look imho. If I may, I’m new at quilting and would love any input you can give to help me along. Thanks for sharing and look forward to watching the next one🥰

I need to go to the dollar store. Love this. Also thanks for explaining the foam core board because I have been spending quite a bit on sticky board. Also thank you for being happy with Aida, I am an Aida stitcher for a few reasons, and some floss tubes I have seen act like linen is the only nice way. Which is disappointing.

It seems I’m the only person who would rather be able to see all of you while your doing these tutorials. If I was sitting across from you in person I’d be able to make eye contact with you & I miss that in the new format. I understand we are here to see your wonderful lessons on Finishing but I just can’t focus with just seeing your hands, arms, chest & voice only. I’d rather just see the overhead view & hear your voice then. I Will continue to tun into your regular floss tubes though where I can see you 🙂
