I've practiced Gurdjieff and Steiner practices/exercises over the years, plus meditation, mindfulness etc and have been involved in a couple of esoteric/occult groups too in the past ten years (with their own practices) but David's teachings have put everything together for me; in terms of perspective, in terms of focus and how to remain focused, which is so important. Thank you so much David, you've made a huge difference to my life that you'll never know but I appreciate it very much.

I totally agree!!! It wasn't until I found David's teachings that I fully Awakened and am now a fully realized being that lives from the Awareness instead of the thought patterns. David Parrish and Rupert Spira have been the most helpful on my spiritual journey in waking me up to my true nature and helping me finally see who I really am. I'm so glad there are others out there who are waking up as well and who are walking the path.

This is all true, and you won't identify with thoughts the way you used to when you start to awaken...meaning it is harder and harder to get swept away in thought because you know it isn't you. Next time you are on the phone, pay attention to yourself speaking and look for the thoughts that come before the words you are saying. By and large, they are not there but rather happening in the present moment. Your thinking can remind you of some things to say, but the conversation you are having is moving on its own.

I learned TM in 1970 and from the first meditation the mind just effortlessly sinks into a deep expanse of silence. Thoughts come and go but there is no strain in the practice. It’s as if a channel is being dug into an ocean deep inside the mind. Now what ever practice I do .japa, mindfulness, chanting, Atma Vichara etc. it’s like watching the mind go down an elevator and the body becomes immovable. Breath slows down and over time bliss increases. Awareness expands and heart and mindpurifys . I still have spent decades working on inner emotions, trauma, habit Patterns, etc. but anyone who thinks they have to strain and not enjoy meditation from day 1 is mistaken. I recommend Transcendental Meditation. Keep your own guru. Belief systems, etc. just add this technique.

The one who is asking the question ‘Who am I’, and the one who is asked the question ‘Who am I’, is not you - (Eye entity) - There’s a recognition I’m feeling bad - That eye that is assigned to the feeling bad is not you, and then the one that’s saying I’m seeing the eye that’s not me that’s feeling bad is also not you - (The seeing of it is, the declaration isn’t, the declaration is just in the same category of what ‘You’ declaring to be not you - When you see your not one nor the other there’s a negation - Some people call it a pause. There’s an intimation of what you are by seeing what you’re not. - ‘Knot’ that’s been interpreting senses. The Para Sight casts us as the affect - Looking through eyes at shadows of who we used to be.gets dumbfounded by believing what it’s believing to be true. Because no one can see Stanley as not being you-r-debt - A magic trick could have one quality which is (You see the after but you don’t see the before, so if you see the after you think that the rabbit came out of the hat, and if you saw the before, you saw the rabbit was hiding behind the hat - So the after the rabbit came out of the hat (Negate both) - P. Hedderman And as for the world which is a morphogen pretext and spiritual symbiosis to King Duo David TV (Revelation 3:7 and Isaiah 22:22) - IE: The ego or superimposed phantom self is a mimic, like a child after watching Karate Kid starts to pretend fight with his/her mate, but a fanatic takes it all the way to the Olympics. This is because the head is blinded by a seeing which pays attention to a shadow cast or bat in the head (pseu'dome'inn) - This supposed by those who propagate it by claiming the stage - Which is also to wish it's premise. I can’t afford enough time that I was sinking, because if this thing had been cleaned we’d be talking six figures. We’re open all hours but will be closing soon because the moon is moving away from the earth and 2cm per day. You won’t recognise where your here because you believe you can be somewhere else. The black prince only makes sense because it is seen against a white background. I’m not going to fuss to much about the inside but it’s looking better already. It could have been different behind the clock. It’s like trying to do a jigsaw when you haven’t got the picture on the box. Demons aren’t what you were thinking. If I wanted to go down I couldn’t because I’d already drank to much. What’s your looking for ? IE: Haven’t we been established, the sanity has replaced the insanity that preceded the first drink ! They found him last night, I can’t believe it, I thought he was gone forever. If they take off in the fog they’ll never land it. And if they try to they’ll crash. You think you want freedom, but if you know what freedom means, you will run away from that. The Matt and Satin finish is yet to be de-term-Inn’ed. How far into this clock have ever been I hadn’t had a drink since then. The Susan Morphew Case, ‘Nothing is what it seems’ The brain made you, and your saying, you have a brain. ------- Thus, they believe, once they saw the false you, that that is the authentic you. And not it’s a totally interesting hagstone if the view is looking at the ‘see’ But the authentic was seeing through the false you already. The claiming of that seeing through IE: ‘Oh I’ve seen the false you’, is an aspect of the false you. It’s just the first mechanised reaction it has to getting caught - It has to switch from being looked at to the looker at that one - It does a quick manoeuvrer, and now you start studying the ‘you’, and the ‘you’ - So your seeing the doing, then your seeing the doer - But you are, or there is seeing that you are neither. The body is inside you appearing inside mind - But the myopically bound person via it’s puppeteer is identified with the projection. IE: Seeing that you had a mother came from it and not not you - But the body is not what is conscious. The brain made you and know your the one who has the brain. And the system newt’ers in such a way that, that event will now be an experience that you thinks they had.

Here’s a thought 💭 but what is a thought? What isn’t a thought and just fact? Is fact a thought? Are thoughts facts? Are thoughts useless thinking? Is thinking useless thoughts thoughtless? How about God, is God not a thought? Can God exist without thoughts? What are God’s thoughts? How many thoughts does God have? Does God think thoughts or do thoughts think God? A better situation is When did God first arrive? Was he already here? But then you’ll ask me where is here? What is here? Are we here or are we not here anymore.. and if anymore wasn’t there, then there wouldn’t be anymore there to be seen and if nothing were to be seen, does that not mean it isn’t there? Isn’t God not seen? Why is he not seen? Isn’t he even there? Where is there tho because we are here not there you say, but do you even say or do you just think? Saying is not thinking is it not? Not saying is not thinking, is it not? What is not you ask? Why do you ask anything that is of not? I don’t think not do I? Why would I not think not? Do I not think at all? 🤔

Just discovered your channel and this is the first video I'm watching, really enjoying it. May I ask you a question. A thing that keeps pulling my into suffering is the worry about future finances, I'm middle-aged, retired, and everything is OK, but there will be a shift in my income in 5 years, and I'm planning accordingly for it but i find myself continually getting engulfed in anxiety worrying if it will be enough, if it will work out, if I am doing enough now, If I'm in denial and I'm screwing myself. When this thought arises, it can consume me for hours, and tremendous suffering arises. This worry feels very valid and real and during this time the idea of meditation or spirituality seems so far away and meaningless. I find myself filled with anxiety trying to address something that has not yet even occurred, and it feels overwhelming. Any advice?

Stuff like this is dangerous. The voice in your head is you. Remove all external stimuli, it will be what remains, no matter what level of awareness you are operating at in relation to it. It is the constant. As you read this right now, you do so through your internal voice. As you type a response, you do so through your internal voice. Actually, thought processing is a huge part of life. We evolved to think. You might want to investigate the distinction between right thinking and the alternative. Buddha was quite clear on the usefulness of accurate thought processing. Also, babies have the capacity to remember as well. Just because they don't think in terms of language doesn't mean they're always experiencing present moment awareness. We are not designed by nature to always "be here now". Human beings are always attempting to do what they feel like doing. The issue is confusion as to the nature of what that actually is. In other words, confusion about our true nature. "Personality" is "us". It is brain activity. As is consciousness itself. You're just saying the you identify with the brain and nervous system activity recognized as consciousness as opposed to identifying with the brain activity recognized as memory. By the way, I appreciate that you've given consideration to all this stuff but I think you haven't examined our functioning thoroughly enough.

If it’s ridiculous, you just don’t understand it enough. Einstein said “If it’s not simple, you just dont understand it enough.” The reason most of us, myself included, miss it is because it’s so in our face, the hidden unhidden, and so simple. It’s so blatantly obvious, but, we are misidentified with what we are. Equally true I feel, that misidentification is also exactly as it is supposed to be, for however long that might last. Nothing can ever be different that it is. There’s no alternative to reality, to what currently exists.
