Psalm 119:105, 130 Your mind gives vocabulary expression to the light of God your spirit has received, so that understanding can come and you can obey that word. That is faith. You cannot exercise faith (obedience) when you lack understanding of what God is saying. It is a risk to depend on any man’s vocal prowess or linguistic ability to understand God’s heart. Depend on the Lord, even while you listen to men. We understand/know God by: 1) the scriptures 2) the names of God 3) the reference of the life of Jesus 4) the experience of men You are grounded through the Word.
