Putting my bets on Phil, since he did say we are canon. I watch every Phil stream, I can tell you now we are definitely canon. When he was talking to Tommy at some point, the chat and I started spamming that Tommy had the axe of peace, and I quote, he said, "Tommy, the voices in my head tell me you have Techno's axe."

i kinda have a headcanon where i can include chat into the plot- like, any dream smp member that streams has a chat, techno has a chat that tells him to kill and degrade him if he does anything he thinks was cool just so can become stronger and more blood thirsty. tommy has a chat that likes to make fun of him and help him with stuff he doesn’t understand, but also call him out on any bs. wilbur (not ghostbur) had a chat that was separated, either they wanted him to explode l’manberg or not. etc, etc. that’s how i like to include them into my storyline. :)

As you would think, the voices in technos head is mosty "blood for the blood god" and " kill them". If you look in chat, we chant those thing half the time so does that mean we ARE the voices in his head. Does he take his chat like it's in his head in rp? And that's where is desire to kill people , mosty dream because we want him too so really if we aren't the voices then we are the ones controlling techno and all of us are just messing with is life. Also am I the only one that think techno is the only normal person like he is chill and not the wanting blood guy
