Excellent, EXCEPT I will say Kevin Afghani is NOT a pasta maestro. He uses head voice with no practically no chest voice, really limiting the already limited range of Mario. Martinet MASTERED this.

Whenever I think of Lou Albano or Walker Boone as Mario’s voice from the DiC cartoons, I don’t just think of them as from the DiC cartoons, I also think of them as the classic/retro Mario prior to Charles Martinet, like the Mario from the 80’s or early 90’s. I imagine Mario would have both of these type of voices in the retro games on the NES and SNES. Same with Danny Wells or Tony Rosato as Luigi whenever I think of Classic/retro Luigi. Most people would think of Charles Martinet for all Mario games before and after he filled the voice roles. But to me, I think of the voices from different eras of the games.

6:32 Regarding Nicholas Glaeser in Mario is Missing, I'm wondering if you looked for info in regards to the PC version of that game, because that version had voice acting in it, which wasn't the case on the other versions. That PC version is where the infamous Malleo and Weegee sprites originated from funnily enough. Also I'm surprised you didn't mention Stevie Coyle before talking about Charles Martinet. He was the guy who along with Charles did the Real Time Mario performances at CES 1993. Since they had very similar voices, the both of them did back and forth shifts, and they did a good job imo. Stevie Coyle is also known to many as the one who brought Wario's joyful kind of villainous side at the time in those same Real Time motion capture experiences, where Charles was going for a grumpier, more meany Wario. In a way, the both of them were important foundations at building these characters, even if Coyle's involvement wasn't as big.

If you recreated every sound in Super Mario Galaxy with your voice, you might be able to turn it into a mod. A further step could be the dialogue noises and performing the entire soundtrack with your voice, i.e. a capella. Either way, I’m interested.
