Was on the hunt for messages in the bottle too and all i kept getting was storage crates😂 Ended up with 900 cannonballs and 1200 wood planks and doing PVP and fleet of Fortune. It’s like RARE tries to lead you that 😂

The only L change this season with the merchants, as now: -lost shipments drop WAY less cargo, and of much lesser value -cargo runs give 1/2 as much cargo, and it now gives 1/2 as much emissary rep for delivering

@@earthUSOA7705 I really don’t think anybody has been money grinding in safer seas. Considering you only got 30% of what the value of things are. It takes forever to make hardly anything, plus you get 30% rep too unless you hit like level 30 then you get none. Safer seas is really only for new players. Plus, there’s no emissaries and you can’t sell to the sovereign. It’s a huge waste of time and the only people who utilize safer seas are people who aren’t confident in the game and probably don’t care about grinding.

They actually are better than they used to be. They give you about 4,000 to 5,000 gold and if you have an emissary its the easiest money you will get.

This season makes me love going to the devil's roar since before i used to make 100k in about 4 hours in the shores of plenty in a regualar athena voyage with emissary. Now in 2 hours of devils roar order of souls i barely only get the new ashen corrupted skulls and with emissary maxed out it gives me 200k after 2 hours of playing. Very neat update ngl.

Message in a bottles are very worthwhile now. I got a 7-site map of Lagoon of Whispers just South of Port Merrick.. 7 king's chests, crazy. Or you can do gold hoarder missions and find a few seafarer chests.

Id say so. The season added a much broader audience when it comes to voyages. It’s now also much quicker to finish voyages, meaning if you’re on a time crunch you can still make a profit, but it’s not at the expense of the longer voyages and sailing around. And season 11 is supposed to be when Flameheart finally comes back

although i really love this new season and its new additions, these new loot are kinda devaluing the loot that was very valued before this season, i.e. chest of legends and chest of fortune (not much the chest of fortune but you get my point) either the bottles give you 1 or 2 kings chest and rest are less valuable but still new items or the athena chest gets a buff, because the athena chest is now getting swept under the rug by the new updates imo

If you mean the green numbers in brackets then he got them because of his emissary flag. I don't know how it is now, but when we started playing we had to reach Level 20, buy the flag from the company and then we could vote at the table next to the different persons of any company. As an emissary you are a more valuable target for other crews, but you can also get way more gold, because every level of the flag has a multiplier for your gold up to 2.5 at grade 5. You level the flag by collecting loot and completing voyages for the specific company.

Whats sad to think about is this method is so good rn until rare decides no more fun for you guys and nerfs it. Same thing happened with commodities they were so op for gold until they were not. Rare adds cool stuff to game but nerfs it to make you grind and play longer. Been here since launch btw this update brought me back shortly we will see if the nerf comes like it usually does everything is to good to be true in this game.
