I agree 100%. That was my daily ritual also. I'd wake up, get all the animals taken care of, then I make tea, and by the time my tea was ready, Junkman video would be up.

@tperson8347 what kind of tea you drink? I got all kinds. Various black teas are my favorite but green is a daily staple. Along with coffee and sodas. I'm big into fluids it seems.

@@shanester1832 I've got a drinking problem myself. :) haha All I drink is green tea. I've cut way down on pop, but I like colas. I go after the "sharpest" (most intense) colas, so PEPSI, Coke, and although not as intense, Dr. Pepper/Mr. Pib. I love RC, but it always tastes kinda flat, so I've shifted to the Berry Cream Soda RC.

Since you brought it up, when the Rebels are in the net, it always bugged me that Luke would ask Han to get his lightsaber. It's on Luke's hip and Han is all the way on the other side of the net. What the beef.

Luke and Leia kissing page: George Lucas didn't even know. That's one thing I never got, he was so concerned about kids accepting the news of Darth Vader being Luke's dad, but he didn't seem concerned at all about Luke and Leia being siblings. It was just an after thought. "Eh, 🤷‍♂️ let's just make her his sister. We'll just tie up loose ends, I'm sure the audience won't notice." :) haha Thanks for the video

I think the bubble around Vader's head was him using the force on the rebel soldier. Not that the force becomes visible when using it , but it's there in the coloring book for context, that Vader's using the Force Choke ( or whatever ) on the rebel

6:19 - Poorly drawn picture from the Ralph McQuarrie Bespin painting. That on the left is supposed to be a 1977ish looking Princess Leia standing next to a red dressed early version of Lando. That right page, they just drew civillians from the same painting a little larger so there is more to color.

I never wanted to color books like this. To me, these were nice pieces of artwork. You might also do a video on the series of activity books that came out after Return of the Jedi. There were something like eight in total. Covers included: Jabba the Hutt, Lando in the Millennium Falcon, C-3PO and R2D2, Luke on Endor yielding his green light saber, etc.

at 3 01, it looks like Walrus man has two big tusks or teeth, not butt cheeks, maybe that was the original design and the person who made the mask didn't notice the little hatch marks at the bottom and thought those two things were butt cheeks and not teeth , i always wondered why they called him walrus man when he has a butt for a mouth, but i would get it if he had two big teeth

A lot those are very cool...very different, and weird-ish in a good way...that I'm sure ignited the imaginations of kids who probably already had beautifully imaginative, abstract and surreal artistic sensibilities, though they didn't know it yet. There are a couple that bring Moebius to mind. Know who HE is? Too bad Junkman is a dilettante, and doesn't have the same sensibilities, and just thinks the illustrations are plain stupid. And who says you'd have to color the Wampa white?
