To put it out there, the French Quarter is previously mentioned during the first reserve cache mission in the autobody shop in the note you find, if anything, I presume the French quarter is probably reclaimed territory especially since the note mentioned an explosive trap(reclaimed’s specialty as far as I’m concerned) within the French quarter which was almost impossible to defuse and how a much shoddier replica was produced by local reclaimed where you go to retrieve the key(I suggest ‘diffusing’ with a pistol, it is possible to shoot out the wire, just keep your distance so you don’t go kablooey) Also, in my play through, in the axeman’s bunker, the note with names was different, rather than two columns of betrayed and lied to, it was just a massive listing of names, some were crossed out, and on the back, it didn’t say ‘murderer: tourist’, like, it just didn’t have anything aside from the ‘you’re all guilty message’, funny thing is, I kinda casually committed genocide in my playthrough, every random person I helped I immediately killed to get my item back while still getting the box o’ stuff, and each quest where I picked between the tower and the reclaimed, I massacred them all after using one side to deal with the other, hell, in the ending, I chose to save Casey just so I could continue the fighting between myself and the Tower/Reclaimed, in the entire run, only about 2 people that I ever talked to were spared-Casey(kinda grew to like him to spare him after saving him) and that odd guy you meet after your shit gets stolen(mistakenly thought his life would be important so I opted not to put a 9mm in his skull)

@@nobrainer1330 on the hitlist on the table with board similar to the bus has a hitlist of mama and georgia With some other random people so not mama. Could be someone who works somewhat similar as the tourist and headed off to the french quarter Unless if the piece of paper is different not being a hit list and could be random or the players karma or killing georgia since georgia was on the hitlist

@@Thatlolyisaspy you start to get the keys from completing a series of quests that start with you nabbing a key that’s to be found in the Poseidon cannery and guarded by a web of tripwires hooked to propane tanks

In the second chapter if you go back into this guy's house that bookshelf between the bathroom and the bedroom has a key-code safe on it. I never found the keycode to open it, though. I tried asking about it on steam and no one there seems to know what the code is, either.

@@saliima28nuur64 the one I couldn’t find was at the school in the court yard. I’m blanking on the name right now but I think it starts with an w? Ever since I beat everything I don’t play the story too much anymore, I just play the the zombie attacking mode and try and get a good score. The furthest I’ve made it is thru 12 zombie waves. I hate the sick ones, (actually, while writing this I had an idea to not worry so much about the sick ones and just keep pushing them away while you kill the regular ones and if worst comes to worst I’ll get sick, cure myself but at least I’m not dead and I’ll be alive for more waves to get a better score. Im pretty badass at killing zombies, I wish they had scores of other players to see the best score. (If they have that I haven’t seen it.) But anyway, the 3 keys…if you just follow the story you’ll get the other 2 keys (I don’t remember exactly where they are but I never had a problem getting those 2 because the keys present themselves by playing the story. But the key that’s in the high school (I think it’s called the ward?) the key in the ward is in the court yard. In the middle by a car is where you’ll find it. I have to tell you (no spoilers) that I was anticipating some cinematic shit to go down but it was kind of a disappointment. It wasn’t horrible but I thought it was gonna be way better. Good luck.

1st you’ll find is probably in rampart according to these comments, 2nd is in ?old town? Idk but you go on a crazy scavenger hunt when you get the mission from station 47 and the third one is gotten by getting robbed and you go and kill a bunch a dudes and it’s in a cache box.

First key is in the actual Reserve Case in Rampart. It is empty except for a note and the key. This box is located on a table next to the bus in the courtyard. Second key is in some soggy boxes in old town, along with some framed dog tags and a drawing of an undead hand flipping you off. You get this key by finding a note on the porch of the house with newspapers, it tells you exactly where. I haven't gotten the 3rd key yet, unfortunately.

The ward in the courtyard of the high school. Not in the school but outside where you see tents and a military style makeshift setup. You’ll also see zombies hanging upside down with bags on their heads and a car I think (maybe a jeep?) The other 2 keys you’ll find by naturally progressing playing the game.

The keys are obtained by getting the caches announced by the radio on channel 47 each morning, you have to get all of them to get all three keys. After you listen to the radio you'll get the quest in your notebook.
