As a painter myself , ask Joey to cut a really tick acrylic transparent sheet in your favourite palette form , then you use it forever , no more "one use only palette" , in tempered glass is even better if you use acrylic paints , you just scratch dry paint out of it , really easy to clean

Came here to say this but you beat me :). Just wanted to add that if you use glass you can use a razor blade scraper to scrape off old paint. And one more thing, add a medium grey paper to the back so you can distinguish tones better.

I use a "tea saucer," it's got a tea cup that matches I don't own it. But that's what I use for my pallet oh, it's shaped like a pallet too.

Put the birdnest in a display box and donate it to Moon's preschool. It is fun for the kids to observe and talk about. In my preschool classroom we talk about animals and their habitats or homes.

We do need some sun exposure for good health. Due to a broken wrist, I was diagnosed with osteopenia. Blood results showed extremely low vitamin d. I thought I was doing the right thing avoiding the sun. Imagine my surprise when my doctor recommended 15/20 minutes of sun each day. I feel so much better for it, and morning sun gives even more benefits. Lots of people may already know this, but I thought to share because clearly I was ignorant for many years regarding this.

I suffer from migraines too, well I use to. I got the daith ear piercing, been migraine free for over a year.I suffered severe chronic migraines daily. Now I’m living life again, just thought I would share that with you. Oh by the way I’m 60 and love my look.

Dear @Mr.Kate I reaaaly enjoy your videos, been watching you for more than 7 years now. I think you have the most genuine ideas and the most beautiful artistic mind. About your migraines, I can suggest you smth that helped me greatly and that is intermittent fasting. I used to have the same problem when being stressed out, I would get a migraine for sure and also another one once a month, just for no reason. Since I have been fasting (me I am doing the 6h eating window-18h fasting) I haven't had a migraine yet (for a month now) and I have been in the most stressful period of last years as I am changing career and doing reskilling etc. There are tons of videos, info and everything on the net, maybe it will help you. Idk if anyone has mentioned this here (and maybe it's different in hawaii) but at least in europe birds can carry bird flu that can also affect humans. So I would be very cautios touching bird feathers, dead birds and especially nests. And if you do ALWAYS wash your hands after and before touching anything else. This goes with any wild animal or organism that is not a plant (don't go touching unidentified plants either just in general, be mindful of what you touch xDD so many things in the workd ar out there to protect themselves and harm us xD). Regardless, i love these vlog type videos and it's really cool to see you get inspired by literally anything and everything ♥️

Also, don't you find that anything that is light in color or white gets dirty incredibly fast w the open air living we have here?! I don’t remember if Kate mentioned the cause of her migrains but I used to have them almost daily, it was hard to function. It turned out I had acute myopia (rapidly advancing short-sightedness) and wearing contacts fixed the migrains.

Listen about migraine , I suffered from that for about 3 years after the birth of my child , after a lot of pain I finally went to an Emergency medicine consultant in Johns Hopkins Hospital , she was very experienced she told me that the hormonal IUD like Mirena may cause migraine to some , I changed it to non hormonal IUD and after one year the migraine is gone forever 🎉
