This song Patti LaBelle sings in concert with her male background singer and she still kills it even here in 2024. This song is from an era when auto tune, dancers, flashing strobe lights and lip-sinking wasn't needed. Patti could literally be heard at the furthest and highest balcony, without using a mic. She's still slaying today. This is one of the better tributes to Patti that I've heard.
