I have great admiration for Luka Modric. He looks very much like my brother. The same nose and facial features although my brother is much taller. Having said that we decend from Albanian Catholics in Montenegro and there are many Arbanasi in and around Zadar. These Arbanasi people left our region of Šestan in Skardarska Krajina, Montenegro in the 18th century. In two waves. The Arbanasi of Zadar are our kin. One day I'll pay then a visit.

Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin people all look similar in some aspects. To be specific I would say the Roman nose my brother has came from my grandmother who was a Bogdani or Bogdanovic that's perhaps where the link might be. Maybe she decends from Vlach's?
