illhoof's design is such a bait. if you math it out, say you have 100k health. with current soul leech you'd have a 15k shield giving you an effective health pool of 115k. if you take illhoof's design, then you're looking at 90k base health with a 30% soul leech which would only come out at a 27k shield and an effective health pool of 117k. a talent that increases your effective health pool by 1.74% lol massive bait talent, not worth it in any way
