Shaman tank spec is definitely much more plausible now. With this new patch cadence/cycle, they've shown they're willing to add specs mid-expansion. Alongside the shaman tank in the follower dungeon, I think it's a possibility!

I’ve always thought shamans needed the Druid treatment. Keep all the current specs, add a fourth tank spec, and then focus each spec even further into specific elements. Prot would be earth, Enhancement would be fire, Elemental would be Lightning, and Resto would be water and nature, with wind being shared between them all.

I created a Shaman based off a character who uses a shield, but couldn't really get into being an Elemental Shaman. Having a Shaman tank spec that uses a shield would be fantastic. They attempted Shaman tank specs before, and I do hope they'll commit to it again.

Nyckelharpa is Swedish/Nøkkelharpe is Norwegian for 'key harp', kind of a cross between a viola and a hurdy gurdy, the latter of which it probably shares Middle-Eastern roots. The instrument arrived in Scandinavian (mainly Swedish and Norwegian) folk music in the 17th century via Germany. It's the same instrument as is used in the Grizzly Hills theme, I believe, as well as lots of other fantasy movies/games soundtracks.

Trials is my fave short story so far, i watched Pyromancer do a reading and he did a voice similar to Thrall in tone when Thrall spoke, it gave life to the narration for me. that being said, i look forward to more of Thrall's children having stories, since one or both may go on to lead the Orcs one day.

@@Robzeke Yeah, they said no new combos coming "immediately", but we've known since before DF released that they are already actively working on expanding the combos, and Shaman should be next in line based on the lore and asset complexities of druid and paladin. And, I'm not saying that's definitely what it is, I'm just saying that's more likely than a tank spec.

Pretty sure during the war crimes novel kairoz chose that specific timeline to bring garrosh to because an alternate version of him didn't exist in it. Shaman needs it's Venthyr covenant ability as a baseline with the flame shock crit legendary as a talent and the Unity ability. Chain Harvest was EASILY the best ability shaman have had in a really long time...especially when the flame shocks it produced could crit to reduce it's cooldown.

In regards to the arathi light leader, im recalling the old god whispers referencing the light. Maybe they werent refering the that light bound dread lord. Ive mained enhance since the burning crusade....we have had alot and i mean alot of nerfbats that really crippled our class fantasy or just survival, hell even relevance unless your knowledegable enough to make it work. my problem with each expansion is that by the end of the expansion prior you feel pretty bad ass. Then you’re supposed to start a new expansion where you will initially feel pretty bad ass again but then by the time you reach level cap, the whole cycle starts over again.. You feel like a wet noodle until you grind enough reputation, and dungeons.

The yrel going crazy part is still one of the most outlandish decisions on blizzards part. I know we recently fought a massive war to avoid being enslaved by the orcs and we just reached peace after stopping a world destroying threat. But with 0 context and 0 plot, we are gonna make the far more peaceful faction the aggressor. The only thing i can think of is they got tired of the writing being the horde commits a genocide or atrocity, commence the next war.

Locking campaign progression behind renown will always be a bad thing, especially if the breakpoints cannot be reached by simply doing the campaign and a few side quests. Many people despise repitition, and avoid world quests and redoing events they've already done once, like the plague.

I like what I'm hearing with this expansion, but I liked what I heard about Dragonflight, and Shadowlands, and BFA, and Legion... Ended up hating all of them (Dragonflight not as much, but still got old very fast). I think Blizzard has run dry on trust, but I will check in periodically, and if 11.3.7 is satisfying, I'll consider trying the expansion. I'm not holding my breath though, the spell has been broken for me. I hope those who play it enjoy it, though.

Into the machine campaign is still busted. Doubt the expansion is ready but we’ll see. Leveling from 70-76 is pretty quick but from 77 to 80 it takes a long time. Giving by the second map if you do delves, dungeons & quest you’ll get to 80 easily.
