Thank you your editor for enlightening you to The Warning and reacting to them. These 3 young talented sisters are Dany(22) on guitar and lead vocals. Pau(20) on drums and vocals and Ale(17) on bass and vocals. These ladies have 40+ original bangers for songs and if you do not believe me check them out yourself. All songs are not as heavy but they will fall into the hard rock genre. Being from Mexico they have 2 songs in Spanish too. Narcisista and Martirio. They are currently touring with Halestorm and also opened for The Foo Fighters in March. The Warning will also open for Guns and Roses later this month. Loved your reaction and check-out songs such as Choke, Animosity, Dull Knives, Dust to Dust and Error. If you think you are a fan now, wait 'till you react to these songs and you will fall head first into the rabbit hole and want more. I discovered these amazing ladies just over 2 years ago and have been obsessed. I have even flown from England to Texas to see them live in concert 3 times. They are so much better live and well worth the journey. Survive, UGH!, Red hands never fade are also great favourites. Thanks again and hoping for more of your reactions soon. They are now 22 (Daniela "Dany" guitar/lead vocals), 20 (Paulina "Pau" drums/vocals) and 17 (Alejandra "Ale" bass/backing vocals) And yes, the scream was from Pau, and she also sings lead on some songs, while drumming... They also all play the piano (they started with this instrument and are classically trained on it) Edit : And they also are sisters in case you didn't know ;-)

Pau's style is like choreographing dance steps. She also sings through a massive drum fill in "Disciple" that blows my mind. This fill is incredible & her singing was nothing like it's rhythm. 3 geniuses. They know the secret of song writing. Just the memory & ability to sing 001000110101011 in "Error." The list is endless.

Pau is the Queen of the Screamer Scene. But she also sings maybe 25% of the leads, and there are songs in which they split the lead, such as Disciple, Sinister Smiles, and Survive. As for guitar solos, Dany is an excellent guitarist, but more importantly she doesn't force one where it's not appropriate. She shreds solos in songs like Z, Queen of the Murder Scene, and Narcisista, but also plays lyrical solos in songs like The End and Martirio. You might like to check out their 2021 version of Enter Sandman, on the Blacklist album. It is not what you think it is. I'll otherwise leave it for you to enjoy.

Born, raised and still live in Monterrey, Mexico. Their parents taught them to respect and love music. Their family bonding time at a very early age was watching music videos, AC-DC, Muse, Foo Fighters, Metallica, you get the picture. When Dany, the guitar player was 6 and Pau the drummer was 4 they started piano lesson, Ale the bass player was about 1. Classical music at first, then their parents bought them the video game Rock Band. Dany was about 8 and Pau was 6, Ale was 3 and still too young to play the game. They played the game 24/7 as Dany says until they pretty much mastered it. Needless to say, Ale learned the bass and in 2013 they started their band doing covers. They now have 3 full albums and 2 ep. And I personally can't wait to see where this journey takes us. Nice reaction by the way Noelle.

Loved the reaction. Been a fan of The Warning for many years. As to the phones, apparently the video was shot in a friend of the family's Ferrari dealership using a drone and 16 iPhones borrowed from family and friends. The shoot took 2 hours.

Superb reaction/breakdown/analysis Noelle! The Villarreal sisters are amazing songwriters and performers from Mexico who live in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. Each one of their original songs is great: choose any one, ALL are bangers. Their second album, "QUEEN OF THE MURDER SCENE", is a concept album. It follows a girl's journey into unrequited love; from infatuation and obsession on into stalking and murder, then madness and the fight over her soul. It is a masterpiece. It was nominated for Best Rock Album at the 2019 Independent Music Awards. Their 1st full-length LP, "XXI CENTURY BLOOD", is also very good and is packed with many great songs. The video for the title track, "XXI Century Blood", was nominated for and won many awards. Their very 1st released recordings are from their 6 song EP, "ESCAPE THE MIND"; and it is amazing. Despite being courted by numerous offers from many major record labels, The Warning have stayed independent through the years; relying on crowd funding to finance their projects. They refused to give up creative control over their material ... down to even the clothes they wear on stage. After 7 months of negotiations, The Warning signed a 5 album recording contract with Lava/Republic Records/Universal Music Group in the fall of 2020. They decided to release 1/2 (6 songs) of their completed 3rd full-length album in an EP called "MAYDAY". The entire album was released June 24th, 2022: called "ERROR". "Disciple" is my favorite track! The Warning do not come from a family of musicians, however, their parents are huge fans of classic rock. Both parents are professionals (civil engineer and dentist) and they enrolled their daughters into a private Catholic English speaking school Liceo de Monterrey, Mexico. They also started the girls with classical piano lessons at ages 6, 4 and 5 years old. Regular family functions included gathering around the TV with popcorn and watching LIVE concert dvds of legendary bands like Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen and AC/DC. When their parents got them the video game Rock Band at ages 8, 6 and 3, they went nuts playing it obsessively. A year or so later, they got "real" instruments with lessons from professional teachers: and the rest is history. Amazing they are 22, 20 and 17 years old and have already written, arranged, and released #46 original songs. All but #2 of their songs are written in English; their second language. I was fortunate enough to get to meet them after their show January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood, California. I had the opportunity to meet with them again before one of the 4 shows I attended on their recent North American Tour. I am going to see them October 11th and 12th in Monterey and San Luis Obispo, California... 9 more days! Aside from their music, they are just normal, sweet, intelligent, and fun-loving young ladies who are truely grateful and endearing to their fans. Thank you for sharing your insight Noelle. Thank you for your reaction to the song that made me a fan of The Warning. Their first video of “Enter Sandman” by Metallica was impressive and endearing. “Don’t Hold On” moved me emotionally and I could hardly believe that Pau, the drummer, was only 13 years old when she wrote it. This old fan of progressive rock was blown away by “Evolve.” Each section of the song builds the excitement, the bridge in 7/4 adds a shift to the energy and Pau’s scream over the coda (?) doubles the power. I watched the live 😢 melted my face.

Amazing band! I saw them live in Montreal and was blow away! Dany and Pau have such an incredible stage presence and Ale, even if a little more discreet, is a beast on the bass! If you like all female rock bands, I strongly recommend taking a listen to BAND-MAID! They are absolutely incredible. I suggest songs like Rinne, Dice, Warning, Puzzle or Unleash!!!! (yes, with five exclamation marks) which are all amazing, but they have a catalog of over 120 songs and most of it is absolutely top notch! Love your reactions by the way!!!

@@noelledosanjos All are welcome in The Warning Army. Obviously I haven’t met anyone yet, but I can tell they are all good people from comments on videos. You should watch the quarantine show the girls did after lockdown started, it’s fantastic. They did it to make up for 2 cancelled tours, North America and UK. They couldn’t travel, so they live streamed a show from their home in Monterrey to make up for it. It’s just them, their instruments mics and amps, and 2 camera phones. It’s simple, but awesome. 🙂 🤘
