It honesty scares me that Pau wanted the album to be even more bloody, but man it would probably have been even more epic.
@Incognito-88847 күн бұрын
@@Amaranthine1000 Dany probably would be locked up for life seeing as she managed to scare even her sisters and parents a bit with her portrail of the Crimson Queen at the Lunario concert. Quite a feat for someone usually described as a ray of sunshine!
@stevebarkley73765 күн бұрын
Please react to Lunario show. They play intire Queen of the Murder Scene album, exactly what you like. Dany gets so into character, Pau and Ale said towards the end of the show they were genuinely concerned for her. You will love it.

I call this demented cheerleader punk! They could have played this in the late 1970s to early 1980s and the punk rockers would have eaten it with a pitchfork. It's from their epic second album, *Queen of the Murder Scene,* which is a rock novel/concept album about a young girl crushing on someone she cannot have. She becomes obsessive and descends into murder and madness. The Lunario, November 25, 2018, concert was the debut of the full album, and is worth viewing from start to finish! No reactors I've seen do that were disappointed. Lunario is raw, real, a little rough in spots, but emotional as hell and a visual treat! They were 13, 16, and 18... and they left it all on that stage in Mexico City.
@UnaDisculpita...5 күн бұрын
Agree! And all the songs change their meaning once you know the novel. It's better not to dive into the lyrics if you can't put them in the right place (yet)😉
@LostHate8 күн бұрын
Some of those lead guitar lines that Dany is playing are not easy and she's singing at the same time like they are rhythm lines. She's so damn good. As awesome as this song is it's 10x better in context of the album. As you probably know the Queen Of The Murder Scene album is a concept album. The Lunario Lunario show is a whole playthrough in order of it. Maybe a Live Twitch stream is in order? Then you could chop it for YT videos.

@thontor8 күн бұрын
This song is from "Queen of the Murder Scene," a concept album that tells the story of a young woman’s descent into obsession, murder, and madness, exploring her internal struggle. "P.S.Y.C.H.O.T.I.C.," the 11th track and part of Chapter 4, shows the protagonist fully embracing her madness and mocking those who pursue her. She is defiant and chaotic, reveling in her new identity as the "Queen" while proudly rejecting any remorse for her actions. The song highlights her complete descent, where her darker side is in full control, leaving no room for redemption.
@jrlaudio6 күн бұрын
This is very old and they are VERY young ... and it's awesome! Obsession, madness and murder ... written by children. This whole album Queen of the Murder Scene is a really good concept album. They did a live performance of this album referred to as the "Lunario" show by fans. It's on their channel. Check it out.

I always love P.S.Y.C.H.O.T.I.C, at this performance I think The Warning was getting close to the 2 hour mark. This is probably their most punk style song; I know its context in the album but I picture it in a movie during a chase scene after a plot twist. As far as my top 5, it might make it for just the QOTMS album but The Warning just has too many great songs over 4 albums that are more my style of music - but I'll never argue with someone who loves it more.
@davidrees42184 күн бұрын
So what exactly did they play at this show to get close to 2 hours? I know their earlier songs were a little longer than the newer stuff, but they only played 22 songs plus Atlas Rise at this show, I believe. So 2 hours seems a bit of a stretch to me.

They tried to drop the "hey hey hey" part... but kept kind of instinctively singing it. Eventually they just acknowledged reality and accepted it. The Song wanted it there. Ask any writer - sometimes the work itself takes control, and you are just along for the ride.

Thank you so much, my young friend. Your reaction is just what I expected. Perfect! She basically says I've got a knife, so you better drop that gun. Lol. I have another assignment for you that I think will impress you. Their stamina is astounding. Their songwriting, their musicianshop, their voices, and yes, their appearance make them the best thing to happen to rock n roll in decades. My top five consists of about a dozen songs!
@Incognito-88847 күн бұрын
Enjoyed your analysis of the lyrics as always but I do highly recommend reacting to the songs from 'Queen Of The Murder Scene' in order and do a second take when you get to this one of course. Since it's a concept album I feel you'll appreciate the lyrics even more when getting the full story. Huge part of their stage presence for me is that they're all three endlessly entertaining to watch in their own distinctive way. The Warning is one of the two bands where I have only favorites and my top five can vary day to day depending on what I'm in the mood for!

About five years ago this song was my introduction to The Warning. The algorithm blessed me, it was the studio version and just showed the album cover so i had no idea they were a trio, of sisters no less. I figured they were a female fronted band like Paramore. The first time i saw them was maybe a week later at their school doing a cover of Hysteria by Muse, and my jaw hit the floor. This is still one of my favorite tracks by them, the chants remind me a bit of the Faith no More song Be Aggressive

It sounds like Mexican girls teen angst punk metal, but the song is towards the end of the story of the Queen of the murder scene. It all falls into place as it's a concept album culminating in "The end (stars always seem to fade)" The Lunario show is QOTMS performed in its entirety 😉

SUGGESTION: Since you mention a top 5 list, maybe you should just make a second Warning playlist that you sort by favorite to go along with a standard playlist done in chronological order. ALTERNATE IDEA: Just stick with a chronological playlist of each reaction, but at the end of each new reaction you can have a Top 10 chart behind you, and you can say where the newest song you hear shows on the list (or doesn't make the top 10).
