I slowed this down to a quarter speed to try to see what she was doing, and my brain hurt just trying to watch her hands. I have no freaking clue how anyone has the coordination to do that.

Ale, hope you play this with Muse in your summer Euro tour with them on the "Alejandra Villarreal Spector USA Signature 5 String" bass that Spector gifted to you in 2020 when you were only 15. That bass sounds out of this world & you have mastered your high action technique to play it like a fretless bass. What an instrument that is!!! What a bassist you are!!! Blows my mind that a leading bass company custom designed a bass to suit a 15 year old girl. What a talent!!!

Hi Ale, I am also a bass player. I used to play in a rock band. But I no longer have time to practice due to my non-musical career.☹ I ONLY play the Fender P-bass because as far as I'm concerned the Fender P-bass is the greatest bass guitar ever created. However you obviously have the bass chops to make the Specter bass sound amazing! Oh, Ale has changed her picking style and uses the E-string as a thumb rest now, like she does with the five string. Don't underestimate, how hard it is to change old habits. It's much easier to learn something new that to "remove" old things from your brain and muscle memory. Two thumbs up. 🤘😁👍
