Just love how people got happy and chanted when Rembrandt appeared. Shows that his memory will live on forever. R.I.P

i'm a 90s kid born in 1991 & this movie was so iconic at it's prime of 1979. Glad I have family that were born in the old days with awesome classic hit movies & this movie was one of them & I have The Warriors vest & I get a lot complements from other people & they love it. Long Live Roger Hill (Cyrus) Edward Sewer (Masai The Riffs) & Marcelino Sanchez (Rembrandt) WARRIORS FOREVER!!!

I have seen The Warriors at least 500 times since 1979 and know the script in my head. It's in my top three fave movies of all time. Captured the 1970's city vibe perfectly.

Since seeing it for the first time in 1979, it became my all time favorite movie. I was fortunate enough to meet James Remar a couple of times at Walker/Stalker Con. I could barely breath. It was sooo exciting 💜💜

RIP Marcelino/Rembrandt. Your death still really upsets me. So young. Way too soon. Will always wonder what other things you would’ve done and what you’d be up to today. Just hope you can see how successful this film still is today.
