The Water People of China

This is a documentary about the life of the Shui People. It is part one of a four- part series. “ Shui” means water in Chinese. The Shui people are a mysterious and hidden ethnic group living in the mountains of Guizhou, who revere water and live by it. They have their own language,script, calendar, and laws, and they still preserve their ancient way of life. Let me take you on a journey to discover these enigmatic people. I wrote the script and did the voiceover myself.
