My wife and I have used only distilled water for all our drinking and cooking needs for nearly 10 years now. Our doctor is constantly amazed at how healthy we are with her in her fifties and me just turning sixty. We do not take drugs like they are vitamins, our BP is great, glucose levels are great, and so forth. We also spend the extra money on eating extremely healthy exclusively. Not vegan or even vegetarian, or any other fad diets, just healthy, balanced meals enhanced with the best natural spices we can grow or buy from known good sources, like the local Mennonites. We avoid restaurants. It's not cheap living and eating well like we do, but good things never are. We skimp in areas that don't matter, like not having to buy a new car every couple years, not remodeling the house every season or year, not even having, let alone using, credit cards and just generally avoiding debt like the life sucking, parasitic poison it is. I could go on and on, but this post is too long already. P. S. I actually found your channel while searching for mead recipes, and after just this one video I'm hooked and a new subscriber. Thanks!

I use the water purification tablets after boiling. Even so, I drink only a glass, then see how I feel. In the UK, you are never more than an hour away from a clean water source.
