You're going to be upset you haven't have a T2 biodome built for 4 episodes already when you start needing tree bark, but the real reason you should have built it is the biomass and oxygen it gives.

The new super alloy storms are crazy, I also used the fill up and drop method to collect as much as possible. Once had 4 storms in a row and had to resort to turning them into rods just so I could store it all. They just added a bunch more stuff to the development branch, glad to see the release of 1.0 didn't stop the development.

You have a beacon available to craft. Once it's placed you can click on it and change it's color. It then shows up on your HUD and the map as a colored hexagon. I place one at the entrance of all the caves and select a color similar to the resource. I also set one at my base and set it for white, sometimes yellow. The only thing is it takes one aluminum to craft so I always carry at least one or two aluminum ores when I'm exploring. It also takes silicon and iron but you can pick those up anywhere. You'll never forget the location of a cave again. By-the-way, it's one of the trees with giant exposed roots that crumbles the wall you glitched through - about half way into the tree stage.

There are 3 endings, ALL of the, are bad……technically you could say there’s the 4th ending where you just don’t leave the planet you make into a paradise, why would you leave, you are no longer in prison, you are alive and you are not enslaved by others, you are the god of the p,a net making new species and just chilling doing whatever you want…..THAT sounds like the best ending to me

You can find quite a few super alloy in the dust wall next to the sulfur field. Its just sitting on the ground as you go through the cloud. Hope it helps.

There is an underground ship in the dust bowl…it’s about half way down on a flat ledge area…you’ll find a ladder going down into the ship…I believe it’s about opposite of where your air station is…at the dust bowl area.

Honestly the scariest thing in the game, I think i have ptsd from alloy storms, but you are right the best time to gather is during the storm.

In one of the patches just before 1.0 they set it so that the super alloy would not disappear so quickly. That play though I never needed to mine any super alloy before getting T3 extractors.

You can survive being hit by a meteor if you eat something as soon as you get hit. So bring food with you when out in a meteor storm.

At 3 minutes in, that golden chest was moved in the 1.0 update. It is still underwater, but it is in a small crevice/cave towards the left side of the waterfall pool. The super alloy in the lava biome is in the clearing area closer to the ocean side of the biome mixed in with the obsidian and iridium. There is also super alloy in the crater around the meteor and can also be found later once the fog is gone around the center island. The meteor does decompose and eventually disappears as the TI increases.

The despawning of the SA is really annoying if you are chasing around and it goes as you approach it ... worse when you get killed just as you pick some up.
