Why have I never seen a video, showing the systema punch on a Punch force tester? I'd like to see the power they could generate; I wonder if it would be any stronger than the average person?

Usually in systema, we don't care about showing off or demostrate to anyone

there's an old documentary that did this. it was an odd one that compared various martial arts styles side by side as a means of comparison. I think it may have been fight science on Nat Geo.

@@bangermccrusheryou should, could be the lead into proving effective use of body mechanics and implementing them into new programs, or, learn to hit harder. I think Systema has something worth talking about.

a punch force tester is not necessary. Go feel it for yourself even with heavy padding you will still feel something that a regular punch can't generate

In my experience it hasn't always been that the punch is "harder", just that the hardness to effort/tension ratio is different. So heavier punch with less effort. Another aspect is that different nuances of strikes create different effects in different areas on the body and in different people. So there's a whole aspect to biomechancis and psychology in systema that would be impossible to measure in a punch force tester
