Mediterranean goodness. Note : he didn't mention it but quinoa needs a rinse before boiling & salt must be added to the water to season it. Otherwise, perfect summertime recipe, i'm definitely going to try it !

He pronounced it wrong too. In Italian it's pronounce Pinoli, not Pignoli.

Did not have to parboil the shrimp and then finish them in a pan with oil🤦🏾♂️ Should have just threw them straight in that hot oily pan for better color and taste, well thats just me...
