@@cheesenugget9845 ty for your kind words. I have a really good support system and I’m lucky… but mental health is still a tabu, it’s approached by society as a weakness. We must help eachother. My friends, now, know how to help me and actually spot the signs that I’m starting a panic attack and they have my medication with them and they know how to deal with it in case I’m with them. I also learn how to almost immediately know it’s coming and take my medication and prevent it. It’s so so important to talk about it and help eachother, we are all we have ❤️

You're absolutely correct. having a social anxiety and being in this situation is not fun at all. I have social anxiety but now working at the fire department as a paramedic for 19 years I have seen too much and also suffer PTSD. It's hard to deal with and glad she knows how to work with it as well as her family.

Yeah, no one can ever have privacy without people always taking pictures of them everywhere they go. Paparazzi is absolutely disgusting. The same happened with Millie. She was on a date with her bf and they kissed and paparazzi appeared and they couldn’t even have any privacy. Millie eventually noticed and her face told it all. She hugged her bf bc she was uncomfortable with paparazzi around. Paparazzi need to stop they’re just going way too far. And the fact that Winowa and Millie feel uncomfortable is just sick. I remember being a young teen and learning about Winona Ryder from KZbin videos listing crazy celebrity behaviors. She was villainized back then and I remembered thinking of her as just another crazy celebrity but now as an adult I finally get it. I get how easy it is to lose yourself because of unchecked mental health problems and how tough it must've been for her to go through all she went through while the entire world was laughing at her instead of showing kindness and understanding.

It's terrible when you go back to the 80s and 90s and even early 2000s sometimes. Mental health issues were absolutely ridiculed and there was no coming back from that - the labelling would ruin both a celebrity's career and an ordinary person's even once the episode they'd had was long gone. I do wish people wouldn't call people snowflakes for caring about this stuff, it's quite right that things have changed (and half the people with no empathy about these things aren't right in the head anyway!) I wonder what kind of amazing work we could have seen from Winona for all those many many years her episode made her box office poison. I'm glad she's back but it's no wonder the paps make her feel so uncomfortable 😰
