Studying tips Hyejin did in this video: 1. Be curious and always ask questions. 2. Feynman Technique 3. Include exercise as possible to prevent burnout 4. Meditation breaks between study sessions 5. Method of Loci 6. Build a routine 7. Be mindful of your diet. 8. Write down tasks/goals and set a timer 9. Keep a journal

I think ive seen a fair number of people feeling demotivated or diappointed after finding the character is fictional, i guess, to whomever this will be read by, i just want to say: yes, the character is fictional, but the things that the story the documentary is trying to tell is genuine. the producer (the girl who plays the character) was 1st in her school her senior year, she did hike to study, placed post it notes around her house, did absurdly well on her college placement exam, and was eventually offered a full ride scholarship. dont be too discouraged by the character being fictional, the message the producer and her team are trying to communicate are genuine. (the information about the producer is from the talk show 'You Quiz on the Block' ep 194)
@user-cx7wf4xv6x9 ะฐะน ะฑาฑััะฝ
Plus, this mockumentary is mimicking the real documentary series (called ๊ณต๋ถ์ ์๋) that feature *real* people who are exactly like Hyejin. I've been watching her videos, and I'm pretty darn sure this wasn't meant to be didactic. She mimics lots of Koreans, including horrible students who don't give sh*t about her class. But the common feature for all these characters is that they look like they're from the mid-to-late 2009s or perhaps early 2010s, and we all had a kid like this in our schools. Hyejin is just one character she developed way before making this mockumentary, and she also has mockumentaries for misbehaving teenagers. Also, this mockumentary copies ๊ณต๋ถ์ ์๋ (Becoming the King of Studying), so for us Korean, this makes us nostalgic. We all had that kid and it looks exactly like the documentary show aired when we were in school. That said, don't be discouraged, people. The Korean audience loves this show precisely because this look so real. Though Hyejin is not real, there absolutely are real students who are like Hyejin. And you can become one of them.
Kim Hyejin has created a great study method not just for school but for overall life lessons. She finds new ways to make learning more challenging and interesting. She utilizes every window for opportunities that many others would take for granted. I wish her all the success in the world in whatever road she decides to take.

It's truly fascinating to feel her passion and dedication towards her studies.. I wish she achieves her dream of studying at Seoul National university.. Yet, it's crucial for her to find out long-term dreams that are sustainable and wouldn't leave her excluded socially in the future! (She reminds me of myself during high school... I thought that ranking first and getting into a prestigious university was THE GOAL... Yet, reality hits hard once you start realizing that the future is unknown and that your dreams shouldn't be limited to your studies solely... Networking effectively is an asset too!!)
