Exeggutor EX can be good in regidrago deck, to set up another regidrago and gust out 1 basic pokemon from opponents like for example squawk or fezan or rotom or lumineon so you get 1 basic on active and others on bench in certain scenarios to use the coin flip ability..

Tbh I think the Alolan EX ex is a bit better then your giving it credit. It can get either the active or bench sitters like Fez, Squaq, Lumin, and quite a few 1 prizers. Also hitting things like the next Roaring, Chian Po, and any other big 1 prize attacking deck. Also it gets around Mimiky and Snorlax. It’s not amazing by any means but better than I think your opinion gave it

Lisia's Appeal can be great for control decks that want to trap an opponent. Like Snorlax, or even Scovillain ex. Maybe we will see Walking Wake decks take advantage of the free Special Condition.
