A look at the timeline of Jacobite Pretenders with the backdrop of the Wee German Lairdie. This was inspired by the video uploaded by "the Irish Marxist" I do not own the song used.

Actually almost all (if not all) kings of Europe are German. As a Greek, I know that our first king was Otto, second-born son of the King Ludwig I of Bavaria, house of Wittelsbach. After his redundancy, we brought (or, they brought us) king George I from the German-Danish house of Glucksburg. As Greeks, most of us never recognised our kings as Greeks but foreigners.

Yup. Germany (obviously), Belgium, Britain, Russia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, etc were all German. Italy, France, Portugal, Netherlands, Spain, Serbia, etc had their own dynasties or at least non-German dynasties

Fun fact, Francis II is also the heir to the Duchy of Brittany (both through the Montfort and Penthievre succession, funnily enough). Unlike the Salic Law of France, Brittany traditionally followed male-preference primogeniture, although the Montfort succession was based on Salic Law until Duchess Anna. The Montfort succession passed to Savoy with Prince Phillip Emmanuel of Piedmont, while the Penthievre succession passed to Savoy with Victor Amadeus II of Savoy (the husband of Anne Marie d'Orleans, from whom the present Jacobite claim descends) if I'm not mistaken

If the house of Medici allowed women to succeed then Franz would also be the heir to that family
