I've never seen how poppy seeds grow and are harvested, that is super cool! Also a random funny sort of question: Since you all dress so similarly and keep your hair covered similarly, how often do you mistake each other for someone else from behind? 😂

Giselle, I’m buying fruits, veggies and eggs from Hutterite ladies at the farmers market. Every time they give me something and doesn’t want money for it. I would like to pay them back somehow. Can you please give me some ideas of what would be an appropriate and useful gifts for young Hutterite women?

I can literally feel the change of season in your vlog! When I was a kid, we lived for a couple of years in the country and we were always busy working in my parents' garden, and going out into the hills to pick berries! This vlog brought back all the smells of my childhood! The smell of earth, the smell of apples, even the smell of the crisp air! Looking forward to seeing the video of your trip! Have lots of fun!

Oh honey!!! If there was anyway to send you pic, I’ll show you overpacking! We went to Florida a few years ago. We had to take one SUV with a trailer and my son’s regular car. When we arrived at the resort, the people just stared! We were only there for 5-7 days. I took pics and kept a hat of so nobody in the lobby would associate me with my husband and 3 of my children. Too bad my oldest son isn’t a Hutterite cause he is a hard working, very nice looking, smart, Christian young man. He has it together! You’re sweet enough for him. Lol. I so hope you enjoyed yourself. I thought maybe you guys came down to the Dakota’s based on the scenery from the YT short. I hope you had a wonderful, safe trip and enjoyed this beautiful world God gave us. I’m fortunate to live in a gorgeous area of the USA as well but I need to take more time to appreciate it. God bless❤️

Hi Giselle. What a wonderful Apple harvest and Poppy seed harvest. Yes, we are looking forward to your Trip, bring back some memories. Are you driving yourselves, or are you going by Bus ? Be careful Giselle. The Bible says that the devil is walking around like a roaring Lion, seeking to devour someone. 1st Peter 5: 8,10. Any male members coming along for the trip ? Take good care, and we hear from you again when you get back. Cousin Doug from Australia. 😘.

What kind of poppies are those? You clean them, then use them in dressings and in baking? Which variety of apples do best in your area?
