I don't get into Essen or Gen Con releases, I for the most part wait for the FOMO games to appear in the used game market because the people who it seems rush out to buy those games tend to sell them off pretty quickly, or at least out here in AZ

NF - I finished Ch4 this Sunday, it was pretty brutal. There is always this recurring theme of 1sr3l agreeing to all these measures and then going back on their word. The part where they managed to get the opposing "army" to leave only to then go on the camps and obliterate the civilians, it's like out of this world. I wondered throughout the Chapter what Pal3st1ne could have done if they had only received at least 1% of the military and logistical support 1sr3l did. They turned their backs on GB in a previous chapter, and from what we read it doesn't seem they defer much to the US as well. Just siphoning resources from these bigger nations to further their agenda and never giving anything in return.

Yup. I saw a video on TikTok recently which was so true. This person was saying that Isra3l is NOT an ally to the USA. They just take, take, take, but don't give. So very true. Instead, it's just the USA that does whatever Isra3l wants.

I'm so glad more youtubers are complaining about Devir boxes. They need to fix this. Then you add an expansion.... Well as a group of youtubers said about Bitoku's expansion. But will the expansion fit in the box? The other said, I bet you could split the pieces between the two boxes and it still wouldn't fit.

Yeah, you need to keep the expansion boxes for any Devir game because there is no way in hell you will get everything to fit into one box 😩

Who cares if they invite you or not. Stay true to who you are and what you believe in. Having a voice when a genocide is obviously happening projects strength! There are many sheeple in this world that would do nothing unless it happened to them personally or only comment if everyone else is on board. All people should let go of our cultural differences and do whats right for all humanity...end the fighting..end suffering. Love! Aside from that comment, have you seen Andromedas Edge and what do you think about it?

It's not so much caring that I'm never going to be invited to such events, but more commenting on what people in this industry as a whole are like. You can definitely see cliques in the content creator space! I'd much rather be outspoken about issues that really matter in this world if that means I don't get invited to such events than be a shallow person for sure. I don't know anything about Andromedas Edge lol It seems like a really big box game with lots of minis? Doesn't seem like my type of game just from first glance, but I'll take a look at it!

River of Gold was a beautiful game but we found it got repetitive really quick

Fiction - The wingless story I'm just done with vulgar descriptions of annoying kids that like to remove the wings off of flies. I was not expecting the ending with the voodoo doll controling the other kid instead. Quantum - I found the mother really aggravating and wanted to smack her at least 5 times per page. We could see that baby Sammy further becoming closer to an animal also in the scene where he is interacting with her friends dog. I think she felt somehow if the kid had turned from a baby into that creature by the end she could turn it further with the help of the dream catcher. I wonder if it was some critique of how she initially wanted to move out of the reservation "marry some rich white guy" and when it didn't work out she starting caring a lot about being the purest of indians including her (what I felt was an unhealthy) obsession with the Big John character. Hunger - I also felt it was more aligned with the expectations of supernatural and folklore and it was a nice read. My favorite of the three. I'm ok either way with keeping this book or switching. I am planning to finish it since they are such quick reads anyway x)
