Do you ever sleep on your couch instead of your bed to escape loneliness? Yes, I did that when my ex wife went in patient for mental health and my daughter went back to her mom. I went from having a house full of people to crippling loneliness and quiet in a couple of days. I slept on the couch for 2 months with the TV on. It was awful. That was almost 15 years ago and I am remarried to an amazing woman and I still can't go to sleep without the TV on
