In my opinion, I would allow the sandwich even if the bread was just bread because, sandwiches can have meat in it, just not enough meat to allow the constant use of it, we don't want to ruin our pallet with too much non-meat food, so either allow the sandwich in areas where it is needed or allow one sandwich after every _ amount of meat drops eaten, I didn't specify a certain number of drops incase someone wants to make it easier or harder
