I LOVE the long, FUN (to watch) video! Awww... those sad looking pears. :( I feel for you. I listened to your video as I was taking the meat off the chicken carcass. I put it in a very low oven and took a 3 hour nap. As soon as the carcass was cool enough, I took the meat off, as it falls right off the bones. My poor kitty needs broth. I've been out for a while now. Isn't it sad... that we must spend SO much time to save $ and eat healthier? OH, MY! HUGS to you my sweet friend! As always, so good to see you.

Hey Sweet Lady, I would have chucked those lovely apples 🍎 pears 🍐 about halfway through.. I know when you eat that beautiful pear butter you will be so pleased you did them!! Meanwhile I will be whining about needing some sweet apple or pear butter. 😂😂 you made my day with your humor!! I gave up canning and such when I was around your age (by the way, you don’t look 61). It wouldn't be a problem for me. I have two food mills. One is my grandmothers antique one that she used to make tomato juice. Mine is a small one that I use to make mashed potatoes.
