Makati and BGC is going to be difficult since security is pretty strict on anyone taking photos/videos with DSLRs and drones. At least in Ortigas you can go get a permit to take videos.

Will they open the hotel first before the residences?

Maybe. Work on the residential tower has been slow since the lockdowns, but the hotel tower and podium looks structurally complete. Marriott/Westin says they'll open the hotel in October 2022.
