Menace is the word that comes to mind when I hear this song. You can hear in his voice that the Whistler is struggling to keep his anger under control, but he's about to blow up at any second, and you don't want to be around when he does.

The whole album is one story which I can highly recommend.

I love The White Buffalo's voice, love this song, he's got some pretty intense songs. You will like "Wish It Was True", "Set My Body Free" and "Come Join The Murder".

Jake hits a nerve with quite a few of his songs. You should check out Oh Darlin What Have I Done, Black & Blue and Love Song #2.

I had this song on repeat for a couple of weeks when I first found it. He just sings with so much emotion. I always thought it would have been a great song to use on The Punisher series, but they did end up using a couple White Buffalo tracks on that show.

His name is Jake Smith and he is an amazing singer/songwriter. His song "Come join the murder" is awesome but my favorite is "Am I still a child". I hope you do more reactions to him

First time for me as well. I always think - when hearing this type of song - what a shock it must have been for everyone that had been in active duty and then try to be part of the everyday life and experience that society is sometimes another war zone. TX Saeed. Greetings from South Africa

For a moment I thought you were doing Ted Nugent's White Buffalo 😂😂😂 Definitely getting Colter Wall vibes with his voice. Which is a good thing

Enjoy your channel Saeed but I don't like this song 75 I am. Sent to war as a 18yr old boy taught to kill. WHY. ?

I can understand why you don't like it. You ask a great question and it seems to be one nobody can really answer. Or at least not a satisfying answer. Why indeed. I am sorry you had to go through that.

@SaeedReacts. Also a veteran and I appreciate this song. Not just for the musicianship, but the message needs to be heard. I don't think it's talked about enough. It seems to be pushed under the rug, when it should be at the forefront of conversations. In the U.S. we're currently losing 22 veterans a day to suicide due to struggles like these, PTSD and others. I was in tears at the end of your reaction.
