I actually just watched the Cow Palace gig, B/W (which I really don't mind) but pretty poor audio, Keith's drums are not loud enough which actually sounds bizarre, if there's a cleaned up audio version of this imo I think it could be one of their greatest live performances and Keith bless him almost made it to the end. The audio in your vid is real good.

I was there. Keith passed out halfway through the show, and this is the opening night of the Quadrophenia tour, first time playing to pre recorded synthesizer tapes for Quadrophenia. Finally after the Townsend announcement, that Keith was finished for the night, Townsend asked the audience If anyone knew how to play drums, and Scott H came up and jammed with The Who to finish the show!!!!!
