A lot of land is underwater. Im guessing they are overprotective of the land they can cultivate. Birds can eat the seeds and fruit

@@EvripidouM thier overreaction caused far more crop damage than any amount of geese could have. Humans seemingly got considerably less intelligent in this future.

I loved the reveal that this story was taking place in a dystopian future where the sea levels rose and engulfed major cities. Early in the movie, I was questioning how all of those animals could be living on the same island. Initially I thought it was one of the Alaskan islands, but opossums, raccoons, and lynx don't normally live there. This reveal answered that question in such an impactful way.

on one hand seeing the destruction to the earth and the signs that the world is not the same is a decent reason for why the humans reacted to foreign animals among their crops but sending a death machine instead of non lethal measures to remove the geese did more damage then protecting the fields

It feels really weird that humans are so hostile to animals... Like, don't they have some conscience?

They're probably hostile to animals as they view them as contamination but I also don't understand because their logo is a tree which symbolizes their care for greenery and healthy future but instead they're having alarming buttons and dangerous *helper* bots for murdering them and causing their extinction.

@@lifewatery Its kind of understandable. I think theyre desperatly trying to rebuild the human population and ensure a way of survival. So if something threatans their source of food, especially geese which have a habit of eating seeds and stuff theyd take drastic measure to eliminate the threat.

@@lifewatery we call this humans in a nutshell haha its nothign shorter happenign right now like having a field with crops tzhen pouring so much fungizide ,herbizide and pestiziedes on it that the groudn itself is clinical dead then the plants they try to grow do not grow properly then blaming it on animals or other factors
